Cabinet Decision No. 159 of 2025 On the Adoption of a Classification Guide for Public Benefit Organizations and Public Benefit Activities Сonducted by Them

The Cabinet:

- Having reviewed the Constitution;

- Federal Law No. 1 of 1972 On the Competencies of the Ministries and Powers of the Ministers, as amended;

- Federal Decree-Law No. 2 of 2018 On Combating Money Laundering, Terrorist Financing and Proliferation Financing, and its amendments;

- Federal Decree-Law No. 50 of 2023 On the Regulation of Public Benefit Organizations;

- Cabinet Decision No. 5 of 2025 Concerning the Executive Regulations of Federal Decree-Law No. 50 of 2023 On the Regulation of Public Benefit Organizations;

- Based on the proposal of the Minister of Community Empowerment and the approval of the Cabinet,

has decided:

Article 1 - Approval of the Classification Guide

The Classification Guide for Public Benefit Organizations and Public Benefit Activities conducted by them attached to this decision is hereby approved.

Article 2 - Publication and Enforcement

This decision shall be published in the Official Gazette and come into force on the day following its publication.
