Cabinet Decision No. 145 of 2025 concerning the Regulations on Administrative Fines for Acts in Breach of the provisions of Federal Decree-Law No. 21 of 2022 on the Regulation of the Profession of Expert Witness before the Judicial Authorities and its Executive Regulations

The Cabinet:

- Having reviewed the Constitution;

- Federal Law No. 1 of 1972 on the Competences of Ministries and the Powers of Ministers, and its amendments;

- Federal Law No. 14 of 2016 on Administrative Violations and fines in the Federal Government;

- Federal Decree-Law No. 21 of 2022 on the Regulation of the Profession of Expert Witness before the Judicial Authorities;

- Cabinet Decision No. 17 of 2024 regarding the Executive Regulations of Federal Decree-Law No. 21 of 2022 on the Regulation of the Profession of Expert Witness before the Judicial Authorities;

- and based on the proposal of the Minister of Justice and the approval of the Cabinet,

has hereby decided:
