Federal Decree-Law No. 9 of 2025 Regarding the adoption of a supplementary budget to the Union’s general budget for the 2025 Financial Year

• having reviewed the Constitution
• and Federal Decree-Law No. (1) of 1972 concerning the remit of Ministries and the powers of Ministers, as amended,
• Pursuant to Federal Decree-Law No. (26) of 2019 on public finance, as amended,
• Pursuant to Federal Decree-Law No. (1) of 2025 concerning the coordination of the Union’s general budget and the budgets of independent federal bodies for the Financial Year 2025,
• Pursuant to what was presented by the Minister of State for Financial Affairs and approved by The Cabinet,

We have issued the following Decree-Law:

Article 1

The revenue estimates for the Union’s general budget for the Financial Year 2025 are increased by the sum of (2,615,009,478) two billion, six hundred and fifteen million, nine thousand, four hundred and seventy-eight dirhams, in accordance with Register No. (1) attached to this Decree-Law.
