The Cabinet:
- Having reviewed the Constitution;
- Federal Law No. 1 of 1972 on the Competences of Ministries and the Powers of Ministers, as amended;
- Federal Decree-Law No. 6 of 2009 on the Peaceful Uses of Nuclear Energy;
- Federal Decree-Law No. 4 of 2012 on Civil Liability for Nuclear Damage;
- Federal Decree-Law No. 26 of 2019 on Public Finance, as amended;
- Federal Law No. 14 of 2016 on Administrative Violations and Penalties in the Federal Government;
- Cabinet Decision No. 27 of 2015 on Administrative Fines for Violations of the Terms of Licences issued by the Federal Authority for Nuclear Regulation;
- Based on the proposal of the Minister of Finance and with the approval of the Cabinet,
