- Pursuant to Federal Decree-Law No. (35) of 2022 enacting the Law on Evidence in Civil and Commercial Transactions.
- Pursuant to Federal Decree-Law No. (38) of 2022 promulgating the Code of Criminal Procedure and its amendments.
- Pursuant to Federal Decree-Law No. (42) of 2022 enacting the Civil Procedure Law and its amendments.
- Based on the matter presented to the Executive Council, and following the Council’s approval thereof.
