- Dubai Law No. 11 of 2010 regarding the Licensing of Vessels in the Emirate of Dubai;
- Dubai Law No. 3 of 2023 regarding the Dubai Maritime Authority;
- Dubai Executive Council Decision No. 11 of 2013 issuing the Executive Regulations for Dubai Law No. 11 of 2010 on the Licensing of Marine Vessels in the Emirate of Dubai and its amendments;
- and Dubai Administrative Decision No. 12 of 2020 regarding the Regulations and Conditions governing the Navigation of Visiting Vessels in the Emirate of Dubai,
