- Having reviewed Federal Decree-Law No. 51 of 2022 on the regulation of nurseries;
- Dubai Law No. 2 of 2021 concerning the Knowledge and Human Development Authority in Dubai;
- Dubai Executive Council Decision No. 2 of 2017 on the regulation of Private Schools in the Emirate of Dubai;
- Dubai Executive Council Decision No. 35 of 2020 on the regulation of Early Childhood Centres in the Emirate of Dubai and its amendments;
- Dubai Executive Council Decision No. 17 of 2025 approving the organisational structure of the Knowledge and Human Development Authority in Dubai;
- And the mandatory Arabic language education policy for Children in Early Childhood, approved by the Executive Council of the Emirate of Dubai,
have decided the following:
