- and Federal Decree-Law No. (15) of 1980 on printed matter and publishing, as amended
- and Federal Decree-Law No. (24) of 2006 on consumer protection, as amended
- and Federal Decree-Law No. 2 of 2015 on commercial companies and its amendments
- And pursuant to Decision No. (22) of 2018 of the Chairman of the Executive Council concerning additional powers for the Economic Development Department
- and Cabinet Decision No. (7) of 2007 concerning the Health Advertising Regulations
- and Ministerial Decision No. (113) of 1998 concerning the regulation of certain commercial advertisements
