Cabinet Decision No. 78 of 2025 concerning the Regulations on Administrative Violations and Penalties for Acts Committed in Violation of the provisions of Federal Decree-Law No. 50 of 2023 on the Regulation of Public Benefit Organizations

The Cabinet

- Having reviewed the Constitution;

- Federal Law No. 1 of 1972 on the Competencies of Ministries and the Powers Ministers and its amendments;

- Federal Law No. 14 of 2016 on Administrative Violations and Penalties in the Federal Government;

- Federal Decree-Law No. 50 of 2023 on the Regulation of Public Benefit Organizations;

- Cabinet Decision No. 5 of 2025 concerning the Executive Regulations of Federal Decree-Law No. 50 of 2023 on the Regulation of Public Benefit Organizations;

- and based on the proposal of the Minister of Community Empowerment and the approval of the Cabinet,

has decided:

The definitions set out in Federal Decree-Law No. 50 of 2023 on the Regulation of Public Benefit Organizations shall apply to this Decision; otherwise, the following words and expressions shall have the meanings set out opposite each, unless the context of the text requires otherwise:
