Having examined Law No. (1) of 1974 on the reorganisation of the government apparatus in The Emirate of Abu Dhabi, and its amendments,
Pursuant to Law No. (23) of 2006 concerning the Judicial Department of the Emirate of Abu Dhabi, and its amendments,
and Law No. (6) of 2008 on procurement, tenders and auctions and warehouses,
and pursuant to the Decision of the Chairman of the Judicial Circuit No. (14) of 2008 approving the procurement guidelines Tenders, auctions, the delegation of powers and human resources policies, and amendments thereto,
Has decided:
The Procurement, Tenders and Auctions Manual of the Judicial Department, annexed to this Decision, shall apply.
The Procurement, Tenders and Auctions Manual, approved by Decision of the Chairman of the Judicial Department No. (14) For the year 2008 referred to.
This guide is published in the Official Gazette of the Emirate of Abu Dhabi and comes into force one month from the date of Publication.
