Dubai Administrative Decision No. 313 of 2020 Prescribing the Requirements and Procedures for Exempting Vehicles and Categories from Payment of the Traffic Toll (Salik)

The Director General and Chairman of the Board of Executive Directors of the Roads and Transport Authority,

After perusal of:

Law No. (17) of 2005 Establishing the Roads and Transport Authority and its amendments (the "RTA");

Law No. (22) of 2006 Concerning the Traffic Toll in the Emirate of Dubai and its amendments;

Executive Council Resolution No. (15) of 2020 Approving the Organisational Structure of the Roads and Transport Authority;

Administrative Resolution No. (16) of 2008 Concerning the Procedures and Requirements for Exempting Vehicle Categories from Payment of the Traffic Toll (Salik); and

Administrative Resolution No. (361) of 2019 Issuing the Implementing Bylaw of Law No. (22) of 2006 Concerning the Traffic Toll in the Emirate of Dubai,

Does hereby issue this Resolution.
