Having regard to Law No. (17) of 2005 establishing the Roads and Transport Authority (RTA) and its amendments, and to Law No. (6) of 2006 concerning the contribution of beneficiary bodies to all public roads and transport contracts,
Pursuant to Executive Council Decision No. (8) of 2006 establishing the institutions affiliated with the Roads and Transport Authority (RTA) and approving their institutional and organisational structure,
Pursuant to Executive Council Decision No. (38) of 2015 concerning vehicle technical inspection centres in the Emirate of Dubai,
have decided the following:
