Pursuant to the decision regarding regulation of Business Centres and Business Incubators established in Jebel Ali Free Zone on 28/3/2016 and in line with necessity to regulate procedures for obtaining the necessary approval to practice business through business centres and business incubators established in the free zone, the following terms and conditions shall be observed:
In these terms and conditions the following capitalised terms shall have the meaning ascribed to them below:
Business Centres/Business Incubators:
The domicile of the licensee as approved by Jafza through which the licensee obtains a range of service and facilities, support in different fields to carry out the permitted activity in the Free zone.
Free Zone:
The Jebel Ali Free Zone, established pursuant to Ordinance No. 1 of 1980 promulgated by H.H. Shaikh Rashid Bin Saeed Al Maktoum, Ruler of Dubai, or any other Free Zone owned or administratively controlled by the Jebel Ali Free Zone or Jafza.
