All the consultants and contractors working in the Emirates of Fujairah will be required to follow the site safety instructions as mentioned below which will be Effective from 1st May 2023. These instructions have been put in place to minimize the risks and hazards associated with construction projects and ensure the safety of all personnel involved. We urge you to take note that the new safety instructions and implement them accordingly to ensure compliance with safety Guidelines, failing which will be forced to violation as penalty / stopping site for further approval.
a. Compliance with Laws and Guidelines: All construction work must comply with the relevant laws, guidelines, and standards given by Fujairah Municipality.
b. Safety: Safety is of utmost importance on construction sites. All personnel must be provided with appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) and trained in its proper use. Safety inspections and risk assessments must be conducted regularly, and all hazards must be addressed promptly.
