Fujairah Decision No. 3 of 1993
We, Hamad bin Mohammed Al Sharqi, Ruler of the Emirate of Fujairah,
- having reviewed Fujairah Law No. 1 of 1969 on the establishment of Fujairah Municipality;
- Fujairah Emiri Decree No. 5 of 1981 on the establishment of Dibba Al Fujairah Municipality;
- Federal Law No. 5 of 1985 On the Civil Transactions Law of the United Arab Emirates and its amendments;
- Federal Law No. 8 of 1984 on the Commercial Companies Law and its amendments;
- and based on the presentation of the Director General of Fujairah Municipality;
have issued the following Local Licence Law:
This Law shall be known as the Local Licensing Law No. 1 of 1992 in the Emirate of Fujairah.
1. State: The United Arab Emirates.
2. Emirate: Emirate of Fujairah.
3. Municipality: The competent municipality in the Emirate of Fujairah in whose jurisdiction the activity is carried out.
4. Director: The Director of the Municipality.
5. Licensing Department: The department responsible for implementing and monitoring the provisions of this Law, it...
