We, Hamad bin Mohammed Al Sharqi, Ruler of the Emirate of Fujairah,
- having reviewed Federal Law No. 5 of 1985 on Civil Transactions and its amendments,
- Fujairah Law No. 1 of 1969 on the establishment of Fujairah Municipality,
- Fujairah Law No. 3 of 2023 on the organisation of joint Real Estate ownership in the Emirate of Fujairah,
- Fujairah Emiri Decree No. 3 of 1981 on the establishment of Dibba Al Fujairah Municipality
have decided:
This Law shall be known as the Fujairah Law No. 4 of 2023 On Real Estate Escrow Accounts in the Emirate of Fujairah.
The purposes of this Law the masculine shall include the feminine, the singular includes the plural and the plural and vice versa. The following words and phrases shall have the meanings indicated next to each of them unless the context requires otherwise:
Emirate: Emirate of Fujairah.
Government: Fujairah Government.
Ruler: His Highness the Ruler of the Emirate of Fujairah.
Crown Prince: His Highness the Crown Prince of the Emirate of Fujairah.
