 Law No. 3 of 2023 On Organising the Ownership of Common Properties in the Emirate of Fujairah


We, Hamad bin Mohammed Al Sharqi, Ruler of the Emirate of Fujairah,
- having reviewed Federal Law No. 5 of 1985 on Civil Transactions, and its amendments.

- Fujairah Local Order No. 2 of 1987 on Land Registration in the Emirate of Fujairah. 

- Fujairah Law No. 1 of 1969 on the establishment of Fujairah Municipality. 

- Fujairah Emiri Decree No. 5 of 1981 on the establishment of Dibba Al Fujairah Municipality.

have issued the following law:


Article 1  —  Name of the Law 

This Law shall be known as the Law on Organising the Ownership of Common Properties in the Emirate of Fujairah No. 3 of 2023.


Article 2  —  Interpretations and Definitions 

In the application of the provisions of this Law, the masculine includes the feminine and vice versa, the singular includes the dual, plural and vice versa, and the following words and phrases, wherever mentioned, shall have the meanings indicated before each of them unless the context requires otherwise.

Emirate: Emirate of Fujairah.

Government: Fujairah Government.



Ruler: His Highness the Ruler of the Emirate of Fujairah.
