Fujairah Law No. 2 of 2012 On the fees of the municipalities of the Emirate of Fujairah

We, Hamad bin Mohammed Al Sharqi, Ruler of the Emirate of Fujairah,
- Having reviewed Fujairah Law No. 1 of 1969 On the Establishment of Fujairah Municipality, 
- Fujairah Local Law No. 1 of 2005 On the Issuance of the Municipalities Fees Regulation in the Emirate of Fujairah, 
- Fujairah Emiri Decree No. 5 of 1981 On the Establishment of the Municipality of Dibba Al Fujairah,
- And based on the public interest

have issued the following law:

Article 1

The provisions of the Municipal Fees Regulation attached to this Law shall apply and replace the Municipal Fees Regulation issued under Fujairah Law No. 1 of 2005.

Article 2

This law shall enter into force as of the date of its issuance, and the concerned authorities shall implement it within their respective jurisdictions. It shall be published in the local official gazette.
