Fujairah Decision No. 3 of 1993
 On amendment of certain provisions of Fujairah Local Licenses Law No. 1 of 1992

We, Hamad bin Mohammed Al Sharqi, Ruler of the Emirate of Fujairah, 

- having reviewed the Fujairah Local Licences Law No. 1 of 1992;

- 
upon the presentation of the Acting Director of Fujairah Municipality
;

- considering what is required in the public interest, 

has decided:

Article 1 - Amendment 

The second paragraph of Article 17 of the Law shall be amended to read as follows:


"Non-citizens are allowed to obtain an individual establishment licence, whether craft or professional, as well as commercial, provided that its capital does not exceed AED 50,000 (fifty thousand dirhams) and that the licence is accompanied by a local service agent."



Article 2 - Publication and Enforcement 

All concerned authorities shall implement this Decision.
