Federal Transport Authority for Land and Maritime (FTA) as a competent authority in UAE the contracting Government to the IMO conventions adopted the attached New IMO Requirement coming into force from 1st January 2017 onwards.
Accordingly, all concerned in UAE maritime transport sector and port authorities should monitor and strictly comply with the new amendments and requirements mentioned in the attached annex 1.
