1. Substantiation ‘Methods of proof: Testimony’. dissolution of marriage ‘ dissolution by a judge's judgement: Proof of Damage in the Divorce for Harm Case’.
- Proof of damage in a divorce suit for harm by legal methods of proof, including testimony and judicial rulings.
- The testimony of a male or female witness is accepted, except for the parent to the child and vice versa provided that hearsay testimony to prove the damage but not to deny it is permissible provided that the damage is common in the spouses' life environment. What the witness says by quoting the witness's opponent is not considered as testimony. For this reason the trial judge has the authority to verify the source of the witness's testimony to avoid defects in the testimony.
