1. Proof "Methods of proof: confession".
A confession is an admission by the confessor of a right owed to another by way of certainty and acknowledgment. The origin of this is from the Qur'an and Sunnah. The court of first instance shall verify the eligibility of the confessor and the validity of the confession and that it is not flawed by any defect of consent, interpretation, or judicial or non-judicial adaptation, whether simple, described, or compound, explicit or implicit.

The family is the foundation of society. It is based on affection, mercy, good treatment, and commitment between spouses. Marriage is the only way to establish it. This is the basis for it.
