(1) Criminal Procedure Law "Invalidity Adherence to invalidity related to public order" "Appeal against cassation rulings:
Reversal of the ruling by the court.
- Matters relating to public order to be addressed by the Court of Cassation on its own initiative. Basis for this. Article 222 and Article 246/2 of the Criminal Procedures Law.
(2-3) Jurisdiction of "lack of jurisdiction". "Jurisdiction in criminal matters: the territorial jurisdiction of the criminal division of the Abu Dhabi Federal Court of Appeal." Law on the entry and residence of foreigners "The provisions of the law shall apply to the offences contained therein as a special penal law without general law."
(2) Judgment of lack of jurisdiction. It may be rendered without a request. Basis thereof. Article 147 of the Criminal Procedures Law.
