(1-4) Appeal ‘Appealing against judgements: Cassation appeal: Who has the right to appeal against a judgement’ Public order ‘Matters of public order shall be raised by the Supreme Court sua sponte.’ Juvenile delinquents ‘Trial of juveniles in non-public court and trial rules.’
1. Appeal in cassation in criminal matters. The right of the person against whom the judgement is rendered and no one may act on his behalf without his permission. An appeal may be lodged by a power of attorney not issued by the convicted person. Its effect. Inadmissibility.
2. Matters of public order shall be raised by the Supreme Court sua sponte. Basis for that.
3. The trial of a juvenile is held in a non-public setting and in the presence of a child protection specialist, even if his case involves defendants who were 18 years old at the time of the commission of the violation. Basis for that are Article 2...
