(1-4) Judgement ‘Reasoning for the decision’ Defence ‘Substantive defence’. Criminal Procedures ‘Proceedings before the Criminal Courts: Cases of filing a criminal case based on a complaint’.
1. Judgement. The judgement must contain the assurance that the court has scrutinised the evidence in the case and the requests and defences raised therein in order to determine the facts and the truth.
2. Substantial defence is that which changes the subject of the opinion in the case and which the court is obliged to achieve. Failure to do so is failure and violation of the right of defence.
