1. The defence of expiry of the criminal case by the issuance of a final judgement. This defence may be raised in any state in which the case is pending. It is related to public order.
2. Reconsideration of the subject matter of a criminal case in which a judgement has been issued can only be done by appealing against the judgement in accordance with Article 268 of the Crimes and Penalties Law.
3. The Court of Appeal's judgement on the subject matter of the case, the litigation and the parties has been proven twice.
