Criminal Procedures ‘The judgement of appealing against the cassation judgement: The effect of accepting the appeal, reversing the judgement and referring the case to the court that issued it.’
(1) Litigation procedures and rules for issuing judgements are among the bases of the judicial system that must be observed. That's right. They are related to the public order.
(2) Acceptance of the appeal, reversal of the appealed decision and referral to the court that issued it means. The cassation judgement must be complied with in the points on which it was decided, otherwise it will be null and void because it violates a judgement that has the force of a judgement.
