(1-3) Criminal proceedings "Use of an interpreter" "Appeal against judgments: cassation of a judgment by the court, appeal against a death sentence, judgment on the grounds of insufficient reasoning and misapplication of the law".

 

(1) The death sentence is a ruling that is subject to cassation by virtue of the law. The legislator has surrounded this ruling with special care to protect life and has made it mandatory that it be issued by unanimous decision. The Court of Cassation is responsible for identifying all of its flaws and defects, even if they are not included in the grounds for appeal.
