(1-3) Criminal Procedures "Trial Procedures: Session rules and procedures, in cases where the session should be confidential." Public Order "Litigation procedures and rules for issuing judgements from the public order". Nullity "Nullity of the judgement: Nullity related to public order".
1. Litigation procedures and rules for issuing judgements are among the foundations of judicial organisation related to public order. Its effect is nullity.
2. Offences against honour. Its sessions are confidential. The basis for that is Article 162 of the Crimes and Penalties Law.
3. The fact that the Court of Appeal heard the case in a public hearing, despite the fact that the charge against the appellant is the felony of indecent assault, which must be heard in confidential sessions, resulted in nullity. As it is a peremptory rule related to public order.
