(1-4) Crimes and penalties ‘Crimes of retaliation (Qisas) and blood money (Diyya) and the applicability of the provisions of Islamic Shari'ah to them’ ‘Types of crimes and misdemeanours: One of the penalties is blood money (Diyyah). The provisions of the Islamic Shari'ah ‘their applicability to retaliation (Qisas) and blood money (Diyya) violations’.
(1) Qisas and blood money violations are subject to the provisions of the Islamic Shari'ah. Article 1 of Federal Decree-Law No. 31 of 2021
(2) Diyyah. What it is. An original financial penalty in crimes of quasi-willful violations, similar to compensation and differs from it in that it is estimated at a certain limit that may not be increased or decreased and is a right of the victim's heirs.
