The appealed decision assesses the elements of the case and the charge against the Appellant of kidnapping the victim and provides satisfactory evidence of its fulfilment with the availability of aggravating circumstances. Substantive issues to be decided by the trial court, and the judgement is not subject to appeal. A substantive argument that may not be raised before the Supreme Court.
