(1-6) Civil Procedures Methods of Appeal: New submissions are not accepted on appeal
‘Cassation Appeal: The effect of a total reversal of a judgement on a joined appeal against the same judgement’ “The effect of a second reversal of a judgement”.
1. New applications in appeal are inadmissible. The basis for this is Article 167/5 of Law No. 42 of 2022.
2. Conveying the effect of the appeal. Arranges for the dispute to be raised again before the court of second instance. The condition for this is that new claims that were not initially raised before the court of first instance should be raised.
