(1-2) Sources of obligation: Contract. Decision. Contracts. Insurance Contract: Persons obligated to be compensated by the insurance company and those entitled to compensation.
1. The obligation of the insurance company to compensate the third party injured by an accident caused or resulting from the use of the insured or the driver of the insured vehicle. Persons entitled to compensation for death or any injury.
Their status is based on the first paragraph of the first clause of the second chapter of the standardised vehicle insurance policy.
