1. Standing in a lawsuit is a prerequisite for its admissibility of a sufficient potential interest.
2. Judgements must be based on clear reasons sufficient to carry the evidence that the court examined the subject matter of the case and that the fact that it concluded leads to its conclusion after exhausting all means within its power to uncover the contrary, otherwise it is deficient.
3. The status of the defendant in the lawsuit is based on the fact that the claimed right is present in the defendant's face and he is responsible for it if the Appellant's entitlement to it is proven.
