This Federal Law amended Federal Law No. 7 of 1999.
We, Khalifa bin Zayed Al Nahyan, President of the United Arab Emirates,
- After reviewing the Constitution,
- Federal Law No. 1 of 1972 regarding the competencies of ministries and the powers of ministers and the laws amending it,
- Federal Law No. 17 of 1972 regarding nationality and passports and the laws amending it,
- Federal Law No. 21 of 2001 regarding the civil service in the federal government and its amending laws,
- Federal Law No. 7 of 1976 establishing the Audit Bureau and its amending laws,
- Federal Law No. 8 of 1980 regarding the regulation of labor relations and the laws amending it,
- Federal Law No. 6 of 1999 establishing the General Authority for Pensions and Social Insurance,
- Federal Law No. 7 of 1999 issuing the Pensions and Social Insurance Law and its amending laws,
Based on what was presented by the Minister of Finance and Industry, the approval of the Council of Ministers, and the ratification of the Supreme Council of the Union,
We have now passed the law:
