We, Zayed bin Sultan Al Nahyan, President of the United Arab Emirates,
after reviewing the provisions of the interim constitution,
and based on what was presented by the Minister of Interior and the approval of the Council of Ministers, the Federal National Council and the ratification of the Supreme Council of the Union,
issued the following law:
Pursuant to this law a foreigner shall be any one who is not a national of the United Arab Emirates.
1. No foreigner may enter the country without the following:
A. Entry and exit through the approved ports in accordance with the regulations specified by the executive regulations of this law.
B. Possession of a valid and approved passport authorizing the holder to return to the country of origin or the substitute of the approved documents.
