We, Zayed bin Sultan Al Nahyar, President of the United Arab Emirates,
Having reviewed the provisional Constitution,
and Federal Decree-Law No. (1) of 1972 concerning the powers of Ministries and Ministers, and the laws amending it,
and Federal Decree-Law No. (5) of 1975 concerning the Commercial Register,
and Federal Decree-Law No. (8) of 1980 on the regulation of labour relations and the laws amending it,
and Federal Decree-Law No. (10) of 1980 concerning the Central Bank, the monetary system and the regulation of the banking profession, and the laws amending it,
and Federal Decree-Law No. (18) of 1981 concerning the regulation of commercial agencies, and the laws amending it,
and Federal Decree-Law No. (26) of 1981 concerning the Commercial Maritime Code, and the amending laws
Thereof, and Federal Decree-Law No. (8) of 1984 concerning commercial companies and the laws amending it,
and Federal Decree-Law No. (9) of 1984 concerning insurance companies and agents, and the laws amending it,
