We, Zayed bin Sultan Al Nahyan, President of the United Arab Emirates
- Having reviewed the Constitution,
- Federal Law No. 1 of 1972 on the Competencies of the Ministries and Powers of the Ministers, and its amending laws,
- Federal Law No. 7 of 1973 regarding Wireless Systems and Communications,
- Federal Law No. 8 of 1984 on Commercial Companies,
- Federal Law No. 7 of 1976 establishing the Court of Audit,
- Federal Decree No. 78 of 1976 on establishing Emirates Telecommunications Group Company,
- Based on the proposal of the Minister of Transport, upon the approval of the Cabinet and the Federal National Council, and the ratification of the Federal Supreme Council,
issue the following law:
In the application of the provisions of this Law, the following words and phrases shall have the meanings indicated next to each of them unless the context of the text prescribes otherwise
