- Federal Decree-Law No. 41 of 2024 Promulgating the Personal Status Law;
- Ministerial Decision No. 630 of 2025 Abrogating Ministerial Decision No. 107 of 2015 Concerning the Regulations Governing Arbitrators in Divorce Cases;
- Based on the proposal of the Secretary General and the approval of the Federal Judicial Council,
