- Federal Decree-Law No. 32 of 2022 On the Federal Judiciary, as amended;
- Federal Decree-Law No. 42 of 2022 Promulgating the Civil Procedure Law;
- Federal Decree-Law No. 51 of 2023 Promulgating the Financial Reorganization and Bankruptcy Law;
- Based on the presentation of the Secretary General of the Council and with the approval of the Federal Judicial Council,
has decided:
In applying the provisions of this Decision, the following words and expressions shall have the meanings indicated, unless the context otherwise requires:
Council: The Federal Judicial Council.
Court: The Bankruptcy Court established in accordance with the provisions of Federal Decree-Law No. 51 of 2023 Promulgating the Financial Reorganization and Bankruptcy Law.
Administration: The Bankruptcy Administration.
