Federal Decree No. 90 of 1999 Ratifying the Agreement between the Government of the United Arab Emirates and the Government of the Kingdom of Morocco On the Avoidance of Double Taxation and Prevention of Financial Evasion Regarding Income and Capital Tax

We, Zayed bin Sultan Al Nahyan, President of the United Arab Emirates.

- Having reviewed the Constitution;

- Based on the presentation of the Minister of Finance and Industry, the approval of the Cabinet and the ratification of the Supreme Council of the Federation;

hereby ratify the following:

Article 1 - Ratification

The Agreement On the Avoidance of Double Taxation and Prevention of Financial Evasion Regarding Income and Capital Tax between the Government of the United Arab Emirates and the Government of the Kingdom of Morocco, and the Protocol thereto, annexed hereto, are hereby ratified. 

Article 2 - Implementation and Publication

The Minister of Finance and Industry shall implement this Decree, which shall be published in the Official Gazette.
