Federal Decree No. 12 of 1995

We, Zayed bin Sultan Al Nahyan, President of the United Arab Emirates.

- Having reviewed the Provisional Constitution;

- Federal Law No. 1 of 1972 On the Competences of Ministries and the Powers of Ministers and its amendments;

- Based on the presentation of the Minister of State for Finance and Industry, the approval of the Cabinet, and the ratification of the Federal Supreme Council;

have ratified the following:

Article 1 - Approval of the Agreement on Avoidance of Double Taxation on Income between the United Arab Emirates and the French Republic
