We, Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, President of the United Arab Emirates.
- Having reviewed the Constitution;
- Federal Law No. 1 of 1972 On the Competences of Ministries and the Powers of Ministers, as amended;
- Upon the presentation of the Minister of Justice, the approval of the Cabinet, and the ratification of the Federal Supreme Council
hereby ratify the following:
An agreement between the United Arab Emirates and the Republic of the Philippines on the transfer of sentenced persons which was signed in Dubai on February 12, 2025, the text of which is attached, is hereby ratified.
The Minister of Justice shall implement this Decree from the date of its issuance, and it shall be published in the Official Gazette.
