We, Mohammed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, President of the United Arab Emirates
- After reviewing the Constitution;
- Federal Law No. 1 of 1972 On the Competences of Ministries and the Powers of Ministers, as amended;
- Based on the presentation of the Minister of Justice, the approval of the Cabinet and the ratification of the Federal Supreme Council
have decided:
An agreement between the United Arab Emirates and the Argentine Republic on the extradition of criminals, which was signed in Abu Dhabi on February 5, 2025, the text of which is attached, is hereby ratified.
The Minister of Justice shall implement this Decree from the date of its issuance, and it shall be published in the Official Gazette.
