have agreed on the following:

Article 1 - Ratification

the Agreement on Avoidance of Double Taxation and Prevention of Financial Evasion Regarding Income and Capital Tax between the Government of the United Arab Emirates and the Government of the Republic of Belarus and the Protocol thereto, the text of which is attached hereto, are hereby ratified.
