Federal Decree No. 167 of 2024 On Ratifying the Amendments to the Unified Customs System (Law) of the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) and its Executive Regulations


We, Mohammed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, President of the United Arab Emirates, 
- having reviewed the Constitution, 

- Federal Decree-Law No. 14 of 2021 On the Establishment of the Federal Authority for Identity, Citizenship, Customs and Port Security,

- Federal Decree No. 55 of 2002 on the Economic Agreement between the countries of the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC),

- Federal Decree No. 15 of 2022 Ratifying the Unified Customs System (Law) of the Cooperation Council (GCC) and its Executive Regulations, 

- based on the presentation of the Director-General of the Federal Authority for Identity, Citizenship, Customs and Port Security, the approval of the Cabinet and the ratification of the Supreme Council of the Federation, 

have decided the following:


Article 1 

Amendments to the Unified Customs Law of the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) and its Executive Regulations, the texts of which are annexed hereto, are hereby ratified.
