Federal Decree No. 167 of 2024
We, Khalifa bin Zayed Al Nahyan, President of the United Arab Emirates
- Having reviewed the Constitution;
- Federal Law No. 1 of 1972 on the Powers of Ministries and the Powers of Ministers, as amended;
- Federal Decree No. 55 of 2002 on the Economic Agreement between the Gulf Cooperation Council;
- Federal Decree No. 85 of 2007 on the Unified Customs System (Law) of the Gulf Cooperation Council;
- Based on the proposal of the Minister of Finance, approved by the Cabinet and ratified by the Supreme Council of the Federation,
have issued the following law:
The Unified Customs System (Law) of the Gulf Cooperation Council and its Executive Regulations, of which both texts are annexed hereto, were ratified.
Federal Decree No. 85 of 2007 on the Unified Customs System (Law) of the Gulf Cooperation Council shall be abrogated. Any provision that contradicts or conflicts with this Decree shall be abrogated.
