We, Mohammed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, President of the United Arab Emirates
- Having reviewed the Constitution;
- Federal Law No. 1 of 1972 On the Competencies of the Ministries and Powers of the Ministers, and its amendments;
- Based on the proposal of the Minister of Finance, the approval of the Cabinet, and the ratification of the Federal Supreme Council,
have decided the following:
An agreement between the Government of the United Arab Emirates and the Government of the Republic of Uzbekistan on the mutual promotion and protection of investments, signed in Abu Dhabi on January 15, 2025, the text of which is attached, is hereby ratified.
The Minister of Finance shall implement this Decree from the date of its issuance and publish it in the Official Gazette.
