We, Mohammed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, President of the United Arab Emirates
- Having reviewed the Constitution;
- Federal Law No. 1 of 1972 On the Competencies of the Ministries and Powers of the Ministers, as amended;
- based on the proposal of the Minister of Finance and the approval of the Cabinet, and the ratification of the Federal Supreme Council
have decided:
An agreement between the United Arab Emirates and the Federal Republic of Somalia to promote and protect mutual investment, signed in Dubai on December 5, 2023, the text of which is attached, is hereby ratified.
The Minister of Finance shall implement this Decree from the date of its issuance, and it shall be published in the Official Gazette.
