Federal Decree No. 108 of 1999 Ratifying the Agreement between the Government of the United Arab Emirates and the Government of the Republic of Turkmenistan On the Avoidance of Double Taxation and Prevention of Financial Evasion Regarding Income and Capital Tax

We, Zayed bin Sultan Al Nahyan, President of the United Arab Emirates

- Having reviewed the Constitution;

- Based on the presentation of the Minister of Finance and Industry, the approval of the Cabinet, and the ratification of the Federal Supreme Council

hereby ratified the following: 

Article 1

The Agreement On the Avoidance of Double Taxation and Prevention of Financial Evasion Regarding Income and Capital Tax between the Government of the United Arab Emirates and the Government of Turkmenistan, the text of which is annexed hereto, is hereby ratified.

Article 2 

The Minister of Finance and Industry shall implement this Decree, which shall be published in the Official Gazette.
